Optional Premiere Support Services Subscription: SpeedLine may provide optional Premiere Support Services as an add-on to Standard Support. Premiere Support Services are purchased on a monthly basis with an initial term of 12 months and thereafter will continue monthly. Where SpeedLine and the Customer agree, they will enter into a Premiere Support Services Agreement which, when and if entered into, will amend and add to this Agreement. Premiere Support Services include a variety of optional services to help the Customer maintain their systems, including: Menu and System Configuration Change Management and SpeedLine Software Upgrade Management, as further described in SpeedLine's then current Premiere Support Services Agreement from time to time.
