THIS SPEEDLINE SOLUTIONS INC. SUPPORT SERVICES AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made between SpeedLine Solutions Inc. ("SpeedLine") and the person, firm, corporation or other entity described below ("Customer" or "you").
This document describes the support services provided by SpeedLine.
The details, particulars, terms and conditions of this Agreement are to serve as a clear guideline to the support services provided by SpeedLine to the Customer.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beggars Pizza's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the SpeedLine Solutions Inc. Support Services Agreement outlines the support services provided by SpeedLine to its customers. This agreement serves as a guideline detailing the specifics, terms, and conditions of the support services.
SpeedLine offers different support service plans, including Standard Support, Second-Level Support, and Per Incident Support. Each plan, along with optional services like Premiere Support Services and Store Management Support Services, is detailed in Schedule "A" of the agreement. The specific support service plan chosen by the Beggars Pizza franchisee will be indicated in the Quote provided by SpeedLine.
The support service is available as long as the Beggars Pizza franchisee has a valid SpeedLine Software License Agreement or a SpeedDine Online Ordering System Subscription Agreement. Franchisees can change their support service plan by canceling their current plan and selecting a new one, subject to providing one month's notice to SpeedLine and paying any applicable early termination fees. The term of the agreement begins when it is signed by both parties and remains in effect until it expires or is terminated as per the agreement's terms.
