What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor may waive a portion of the Initial Training or alter the training schedule under specific conditions. This flexibility is based on their assessment of the franchisee's prior experience or training. Specifically, if Beem Light Sauna determines that the franchisee's Required Trainees already possess sufficient prior experience or have been previously trained at one of their studios, they may reduce or modify the standard Initial Training program.
This waiver or alteration of the training schedule is at Beem Light Sauna's discretion, allowing them to tailor the training to the franchisee's specific needs and background. For a prospective franchisee, this could mean a faster and potentially less expensive onboarding process if they already have relevant experience in the health and wellness industry or familiarity with the Beem Light Sauna system.
However, it's important to note that the FDD does not provide specific details on what constitutes "sufficient prior experience or training." Therefore, prospective franchisees should inquire with Beem Light Sauna about the specific criteria they use to evaluate prior experience and determine eligibility for a training waiver or modification. Understanding these criteria will help potential franchisees assess whether they might qualify for an adjusted training program and what documentation or proof of prior experience they may need to provide.
