uent Designated Managers, in accordance with our standards and training programs. If, in our sole judgment, you fail to properly train your employees in accordance with our standards, we may prohibit you from training additional employees and either require them to attend training at our headquarters (for which you must pay the Training Fee) or pay our fee to send one of our representatives to train them at your Studio, which will not exceed $1,000 per trainer per day.
- 5.6 Requested Consulting Services. We will provide to you additional consulting services with respect to the operation of the Studio upon your reasonable request and subject to the availability of our personnel. If we deem it appropriate or necessary, we will make available to you information about new developments, techniques, and improvements in the areas of merchandising, advertising, management, operations, and Studio design. We may provide such additional consulting services through the distribution of printed or filmed material, an intranet or other electronic forum, meetings or seminars, teleconferences, webinars, or in person. If such services are rendered in person other than at our offices, you must pay us a consulting fee of up to $1,000 for each of such employees or agents for each day or partial day services are rendered. Such additional consulting services will be rendered at a mutually convenient time.

According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beem Light Sauna will provide additional consulting services regarding the Studio's operations upon a franchisee's reasonable request, subject to the availability of their personnel. Beem Light Sauna may offer information on new developments and improvements in merchandising, advertising, management, operations, and Studio design. These consulting services can be provided through printed or filmed material, intranet, electronic forums, meetings, seminars, teleconferences, webinars, or in person.
If these consulting services are provided in person and not at Beem Light Sauna's offices, the franchisee must pay a consulting fee of up to $1,000 per employee or agent for each day or partial day of service. These additional consulting services will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
In addition to the consulting fees, the franchisee is responsible for reimbursing Beem Light Sauna for any travel and living expenses incurred by Beem Light Sauna's employees or agents when providing additional training, remedial training, or consulting services at the franchisee's Studio. This includes expenses such as meals, transportation, and accommodations.
