If your Designated Manager ceases to be employed by you at the Studio and you are unable to immediately appoint and train a new manager, we may, in our sole discretion and for a reasonable fee, provide a Designated Manager to work at your Studio temporarily until a new Designated Manager is appointed and trained. In such instances, you will pay us the Management Fee.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee's Designated Manager leaves their position and the franchisee cannot immediately find and train a replacement, Beem Light Sauna may, at its discretion, provide a temporary Designated Manager. This service is not guaranteed, as it is based on Beem Light Sauna's sole discretion.
If Beem Light Sauna provides a temporary manager, the franchisee will be responsible for paying a reasonable fee for the service. Additionally, the franchisee will be required to pay Beem Light Sauna the Management Fee during the period the temporary manager is in place.
