What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beem Light Sauna Franchise Disclosure Document, Beem Light Sauna has the right to assign trainers to a franchisee's studio for retraining purposes if, in their sole judgment, the franchisee fails to maintain the quality and service standards outlined in the manuals. This is in addition to any other rights and remedies Beem Light Sauna may have.
This means that if a Beem Light Sauna franchise location is not meeting the brand's standards for quality and service, the franchisor can send in trainers to retrain the studio's employees. The goal of this retraining is to restore service levels to the expected standards.
For this remedial training, Beem Light Sauna may charge the franchisee a fee of up to $1,000 per trainer per day for each trainer assigned to the studio. Franchisees should be aware of this potential cost and ensure they and their employees consistently adhere to the standards set forth in the Beem Light Sauna manuals to avoid incurring these fees.
