What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Texas experienced the largest increase in the number of studios during 2024. At the start of 2024, there were no Beem Light Sauna studios in Texas. By the end of 2024, eight new studios had opened, bringing the total to eight.
North Carolina also saw a significant increase, with the number of studios growing from two at the start of 2024 to five by the end of the year. This represents an increase of three studios. Minnesota also experienced an increase of three studios during 2024.
Several other states, including Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Wisconsin, each saw an increase of one or two studios during 2024. Virginia and North Carolina saw a decrease of one studio.
