What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the standard monthly Technology Fee is $550. However, during the presales period that precedes the Opening Date, the fee is reduced to $450 per month.
This means that once a Beem Light Sauna franchise location opens, the franchisee will be required to pay the full $550 Technology Fee each month. The presales period offers a temporary reduction in this fee, potentially helping franchisees manage initial startup costs.
It's important to note that Beem Light Sauna retains the right to modify the Technology Fee, but it will not exceed the greater of $1,200 per month or 2% of your Gross Sales. They must provide franchisees with 30 days written notice prior to implementing any changes to the fee.
