- 9.4 Changes to the Intellectual Property.
We have the right, upon reasonable notice, to change, discontinue, or substitute for any of the Intellectual Property and to adopt entirely different or new Intellectual Property for use with the System without any liability to you, in our sole discretion.
You agree to implement any such change at your own expense within the time we reasonably specify.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beem Light Sauna has the right to change its intellectual property. The Intellectual Property includes the Marks, Trade Dress, Copyrights, or any trade secrets, methods, or procedures that are part of the System.
Beem Light Sauna has the right, with reasonable notice, to change, discontinue, or substitute any of the Intellectual Property. They can also adopt entirely different or new Intellectual Property for use within the System without incurring any liability to the franchisee.
The franchisee is responsible for implementing any such changes at their own expense within a reasonable timeframe specified by Beem Light Sauna. This means that franchisees must stay updated with any changes to the brand's intellectual property and be prepared to invest in implementing those changes to remain compliant with the franchise agreement.
