According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for any consequences resulting from the improper operation, maintenance, or upgrading of the Technology System. The franchisee also bears responsibility if the Technology System, or any of its components, fails to operate continuously or as expected.

Beem Light Sauna requires franchisees to obtain, maintain, and use specific hardware, software, and network connections as outlined in their manuals to operate the Technology System.
