According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beem Light Sauna may periodically conduct mandatory or optional training programs for a franchisee's Required Trainees (Operating Principal or Designated Manager) and/or employees at their office or another designated location. Beem Light Sauna may also require these individuals to satisfactorily complete any additional training programs they specify. Furthermore, Beem Light Sauna can require Required Trainees to participate in up to five days of refresher or advanced training each year of the franchise term.
For mandatory training programs, Beem Light Sauna will not charge franchisees or their employees to attend, unless additional training fees are specified in Appendix A or in Section 3.11 regarding the initial training program.
