What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beem Light Sauna FDD, the Compliance Questionnaire includes a question asking if the franchisee has personally read the Franchise Agreement. The questionnaire is designed to confirm that the franchisee understands the terms of the contract and that no unauthorized statements or promises have been made.
The questionnaire also asks if the franchisee understands all the terms of the Franchise Agreement, and if not, which parts they do not understand. It further asks whether any of Beem Light Sauna's representatives recommended that the franchisee have the FDD and related agreements reviewed by an attorney or other professional advisor, and whether the franchisee has discussed these documents with such an advisor.
This questionnaire is not applicable to franchisees in California, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin, according to the FDD. Franchisees should complete the questionnaire carefully and truthfully, as Beem Light Sauna will rely on the responses.
