How will Beem Light Sauna provide additional consulting services?

According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, additional consulting services will be available to franchisees upon reasonable request, subject to the availability of Beem Light Sauna personnel. Beem Light Sauna will provide information about new developments, techniques, and improvements in merchandising, advertising, management, operations, and studio design if deemed appropriate or necessary.

These consulting services may be provided through various channels, including printed or filmed material, an Intranet or other electronic forum, meetings or seminars, teleconferences, webinars, or in-person consultations. If the consulting services are provided in person at a location other than Beem Light Sauna's offices, the franchisee is responsible for paying a fee and covering Beem Light Sauna's expenses.

This arrangement allows Beem Light Sauna franchisees to receive support and guidance beyond the initial training and ongoing assistance provided. However, franchisees should be aware that the availability of these services depends on the franchisor's personnel and may incur additional costs if in-person assistance is required outside of the franchisor's main office.
