What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Beem Light Sauna Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee seeking a control transfer must ensure all outstanding obligations are satisfied. Specifically, all accrued monetary obligations and any other outstanding obligations to Beem Light Sauna, its Affiliates, and approved suppliers must be up to date, fully paid, and satisfied.

Additionally, the franchisee and their Affiliates must not be in default of any provision of the Franchise Agreement or any related agreements. This requirement is assessed both at the time of the request for approval of the transfer and on the actual date of the transfer. If a franchisee is not in compliance at the time of the request, they must make arrangements satisfactory to Beem Light Sauna to come into compliance by the transfer date.

These conditions ensure that Beem Light Sauna maintains financial and operational integrity within its franchise system. By requiring all debts to be settled and compliance with agreements, Beem Light Sauna aims to protect its brand and the interests of other franchisees. A prospective franchisee should carefully review their financial and contractual standing before seeking a control transfer to avoid delays or denial of the transfer request.
