Currently, we conduct Initial Training eight to 10 times per year. We may periodically identify certain limited time periods during which we will not offer Initial Training.
Currently, we provide three days of in-person training at our office, two days of virtual training, and two days of training at your Studio. We may waive a portion of Initial Training or alter the training schedule if we determine that your Required Trainees have sufficient prior experience or training or have previously been trained at one of our Studios.
We will provide instructors, facilities, and materials for Initial Training for your Required Trainees as part of the Franchise Fee, as long as all of your trainees are trained during the same training session. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, they currently conduct Initial Training between eight to 10 times per year. The FDD also states that Beem Light Sauna may periodically identify certain limited time periods during which they will not offer Initial Training.
The Initial Training is a mandatory program that Required Trainees must complete at least 30 days before the studio opens or by a specified deadline. Beem Light Sauna determines the training's length, timing, location, and content at its discretion. The training is provided after the Franchise Agreement is executed and delivered, and it can take place at Beem Light Sauna's offices, another designated location, or remotely through various digital means.
Currently, the training consists of three days of in-person sessions at Beem Light Sauna's office, two days of virtual training, and two days of training at the franchisee's studio. Beem Light Sauna may waive parts of the Initial Training or change the schedule if the Required Trainees have sufficient prior experience or training.
