What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beem Light Sauna reserves the right to change the Technology Fee. Beem Light Sauna will provide written notice of any change at least 30 days before the new fee amount is implemented.
The Technology Fee covers various technology services that Beem Light Sauna will provide or arrange for third parties to provide. These services are subject to change over time. The Technology Fee as of the Effective Date is set forth in Appendix A.
The Technology Fee will not exceed the greater of $1,200 per month or 2% of your Gross Sales. This provides a cap on how much the Technology Fee can increase, protecting franchisees from potentially exorbitant fees. The initial Technology Fee is $550 per month ($450 per month during the presales period).
