What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a Technology Fee for technology-related services. This fee is currently $550 per month. However, there is a reduced rate of $450 per month during the three-month period leading up to the studio's opening date.
In addition to the Technology Fee, Beem Light Sauna franchisees must also pay a license fee to MindBody, the approved point-of-sale (POS) system vendor. This license fee is currently $599 per month. Therefore, the total monthly cost for technology-related services and the POS system is $1,149 per month, excluding the three-month period before opening when the Technology Fee is reduced.
Prospective franchisees should consider these ongoing technology costs when evaluating the financial feasibility of a Beem Light Sauna franchise. It is also important to note that these fees are subject to change. The franchisor may increase the Technology Fee with proper notice.
