This statute ensures that if a Beem Light Sauna franchisee in Minnesota faces legal challenges due to their authorized use of the brand's trademarks, Beem Light Sauna is obligated to defend and cover the associated costs. This protection is contingent upon the franchisee adhering to all relevant terms and conditions outlined in the Franchise Agreement, meaning compliance is key to maintaining this safeguard.

This type of protection is a significant benefit for franchisees as it mitigates the financial risk associated with potential intellectual property disputes.
