What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, additional training may be provided in person or through various media formats. These formats include recorded media, teleconference, videoconference, the Internet, or webinars. Beem Light Sauna retains the discretion to determine the specific method of delivery for additional training programs.
Beem Light Sauna may periodically conduct mandatory or optional training programs for franchisees and their employees at their office or another designated location. Franchisees may be charged a reasonable fee for optional training programs, but this fee will not exceed $3,000 per attendee per program. Franchisees and their employees may be required to satisfactorily complete any additional training programs that Beem Light Sauna specifies.
Beem Light Sauna may also require franchisees to participate in up to five days of refresher or advanced training each year during the term of the franchise agreement. If a franchisee fails to maintain the quality and service standards outlined in the manuals, Beem Light Sauna may assign trainers to the studio to retrain employees and restore service levels, or require the franchisee and their employees to repeat initial training or attend additional training programs at a designated location. In such cases, Beem Light Sauna may charge a fee of up to $1,000 per trainer per day for remedial training.
