What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beem Light Sauna FDD, Beem Light Sauna identifies its studios using the "beem® Light Sauna" mark along with other trademarks, service marks, trade names, signs, associated designs, artwork, and logos, which are collectively referred to as the "Marks".
The Franchise Agreement specifies that the landlord consents to the franchisee's use of trademarks, service marks, signs, decor items, color schemes, and related components of the Beem Light Sauna system. These items must be installed and used according to the specifications that Beem Light Sauna prescribes for the studio from time to time.
In practical terms, this means a Beem Light Sauna franchisee is required to display the brand's Marks on various materials and elements within their studio. This includes signage, decor, and potentially marketing materials, all according to the franchisor's guidelines. The franchisee must adhere to the franchisor's specifications to maintain brand consistency and standards, and the landlord of the premises must also consent to these installations.
