What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee's Designated Manager leaves their position, the franchisee has 30 days to hire a new Designated Manager and ensure they successfully complete the initial training program. This requirement ensures that the Beem Light Sauna studio maintains consistent operational standards and quality of service.
If the franchisee is unable to immediately appoint and train a new Designated Manager within the 30-day timeframe, Beem Light Sauna has the option to provide a temporary Designated Manager to work at the studio. This is at Beem Light Sauna's discretion, and it is not guaranteed.
If Beem Light Sauna provides a temporary manager, the franchisee is responsible for paying a Management Fee to Beem Light Sauna during the period the temporary manager is in place. This ensures the studio continues to operate under qualified supervision, while the franchisee fulfills their obligation to find a permanent replacement.
