You must offer to customers only the products, services, and Sessions we approve in writing. In addition, you must offer the specific products, services, and Sessions that we require in the Manuals or otherwise in writing. We may change these specifications periodically, and we
may designate specific products or services as optional or mandatory. You must offer all products or services that we designate as mandatory. You may sell products and services only in the varieties, forms, and packages that we have approved in accordance with our System Standards. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must adhere to specific inventory standards. Beem Light Sauna has the right to stipulate that all furniture, fixtures, signs, equipment, products, supplies, and services meet established specifications. These items must be a specific brand, kind, or model and be purchased or leased exclusively from approved suppliers or a designated single source, which may include Beem Light Sauna or its affiliates. Franchisees are required to offer only approved products, services, and sessions and must offer the specific items mandated in the manuals or in writing.
Beem Light Sauna retains the authority to modify these specifications periodically and designate products or services as either optional or mandatory. Franchisees must offer all mandatory products and services and sell them only in approved varieties, forms, and packages that align with the System Standards. A critical requirement is maintaining a sufficient supply of required products to meet the inventory standards prescribed in the manuals. If specific standards are not outlined, franchisees must maintain enough inventory to meet reasonably anticipated customer demand.
Currently, franchisees are required to purchase specific items from Beem Light Sauna or its affiliates, including the Initial FF&E Package, the Presale Kit, the Initial Retail Inventory Kit, ongoing retail and merchandise inventory, branded items, apparel, and promotional items. Beem Light Sauna also reserves the right to designate itself or its affiliates as the approved or required suppliers for other goods or services in the future. This ensures consistency and quality across all Beem Light Sauna locations, but it also limits the franchisee's autonomy in sourcing products and supplies.
