RECITALS
- A. Simultaneously with signing this Agreement, we and you (or your Affiliated Entity (as defined below)) are signing a franchise agreement that is effective as of the Effective Date (the "Initial Franchise Agreement") for the development and the operation of the first Pilates Addiction™ studio (a "Studio") to be developed by you (or your Affiliated Entity) within the Development Area (as defined below).
