What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, the Beem Light Sauna 'System' encompasses various elements critical to the operation of a franchise. These include the studio's Trade Dress, which covers designs, layouts, and identification schemes. It also includes specifications for equipment, inventory, and accessories, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all locations. The System Website is another key component, providing an online presence and platform for the studios. Vendor relationships are also part of the system, giving franchisees access to established suppliers.
Furthermore, the Beem Light Sauna System includes software and computer programs, along with an online booking system and reservation procedures, streamlining operations and customer management. The therapy programs or sessions offered to customers, including any developed and continued to be developed by the franchisor, are also integral. The accumulated experience reflected in the training program, operating procedures, customer service standards, and marketing techniques contributes to the System.
Finally, the System Standards, which are mandatory and suggested policies, procedures, specifications, rules, and requirements, are set out in the operations manuals and other written formats. Beem Light Sauna retains the right to change, improve, add to, and further develop the elements of the System over time, ensuring it remains current and competitive. Franchisees must adhere to these standards to maintain consistency and quality across the Beem Light Sauna brand.
