Answer from 2025 FDD Document

You must conduct all Sessions in accordance with the System. You must offer at the Studio any Sessions that we deem to be mandatory. Any Sessions that you or your instructors develop must be consistent with the System Standards that we specify from time to time. If we disapprove of any Sessions that you offer, you must immediately discontinue offering the Session or modify the Session in accordance with our instructions.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Beem Light Sauna disapproves of any Sessions that a franchisee offers, the franchisee must immediately discontinue offering the Session or modify the Session in accordance with Beem Light Sauna's instructions. This requirement ensures that all Beem Light Sauna locations maintain consistent service standards and adhere to the established System.

This stipulation is important for prospective franchisees because it highlights the level of control Beem Light Sauna retains over the services offered at each location. While franchisees may develop their own Sessions, these must align with the System Standards. If a Session does not meet these standards, the franchisee must either stop offering it or change it to meet Beem Light Sauna's requirements. This ensures brand uniformity and quality control across all franchise locations.

For a prospective Beem Light Sauna franchisee, this means understanding and adhering to the brand's standards for all services offered. It is crucial to maintain open communication with Beem Light Sauna regarding any new Session ideas to ensure they align with the System Standards and receive approval. This requirement is typical in franchising, where maintaining brand consistency is a key factor in the overall success of the franchise system.
