a new manager, we may, in our sole discretion and for a reasonable fee, provide a Designated Manager to work at your Studio temporarily until a new Designated Manager is appointed and trained. In such instances, you will pay us the Management Fee.
Training by You. Your Required Trainees are responsible for training all of your other employees (and subsequent Designated Managers) in accordance with our standards and training programs. If, in our sole judgment, you fail to properly train your employees in accordance with our standards, we may prohibit you from training additional employees and either require them to attend training at our headquarters (for which you must pay us a training fee of up to $1,000 (currently, $500) per trainee per day) or pay for our costs and expenses to send one of our representatives to train them at your Studio.
Delegation. We may delegate the performance of any or all of our obligations under the Franchise Agreement, and our right to exercise any of our rights under the Franchise Agreement, to one of an affiliate, manager, agent, independent contractor, or other third party. We will, however, remain responsible for ensuring that those obligations are performed in compliance with the terms of the Franchise Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for training their employees according to Beem Light Sauna's standards. If Beem Light Sauna determines that a franchisee has failed to adequately train their employees, they may prohibit the franchisee from training additional employees.
In this case, Beem Light Sauna can require the franchisee's employees to attend training at Beem Light Sauna headquarters. The franchisee would be responsible for paying a training fee of up to $1,000 (currently, $500) per trainee per day. Alternatively, Beem Light Sauna may opt to send one of its representatives to the franchisee's studio to train the employees, with the franchisee bearing the costs and expenses associated with sending the representative.
Additionally, if Beem Light Sauna determines that a franchisee fails to maintain the quality and service standards outlined in the manuals, they may assign trainers to the studio to retrain employees and restore service levels. The franchisee may be charged up to $1,000 per trainer per day, in addition to covering the trainer's travel and living expenses for any remedial training provided.
