What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to purchase apparel from the franchisor or its affiliates. This requirement is part of a broader set of mandatory purchases designed to maintain brand consistency and quality control.
Specifically, Beem Light Sauna mandates that franchisees purchase several items directly from them or their affiliates. These include the Initial FF&E Package, the Presale Kit, the Initial Retail Inventory Kit, ongoing retail and merchandise inventory, branded items, apparel, and promotional items. This ensures that all Beem Light Sauna locations maintain a uniform brand image and offer consistent products to customers.
The FDD also states that Beem Light Sauna reserves the right to designate themselves or their affiliates as the approved or required suppliers of other goods or services in the future. This allows Beem Light Sauna to adapt its supply chain and maintain control over the quality and branding of products and services offered at franchise locations. Prospective franchisees should be aware of these requirements as they impact the costs and operational aspects of running a Beem Light Sauna franchise.
