How must a Beem Light Sauna franchisee present themselves to the public?

According to the 2025 Beem Light Sauna Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are granted the right to operate a franchised business under the "beem® Light Sauna" name. The franchisee has a license to use the Brand and certain other trademarks designated by the Franchisor, certain policies and procedures used in the operation of the Studios, and the confidential information developed and owned by Franchisor and its affiliates in their Studio.

The FDD states that the landlord consents to the franchisee's installation and use of such trademarks, service marks, signs, decor items, color schemes, and related components of the beem® Light Sauna system as the company may from time to time prescribe for the Studio, subject to applicable zoning laws and deed restrictions and to prevailing community standards of decency. This ensures brand consistency and adherence to the franchisor's standards.

Beem Light Sauna also recognizes that, in order for franchisees to effectively operate their business, their employees and independent contractors whom they retain must have access to certain confidential information and trade secrets owned by Franchisor. Disclosure of this confidential information and trade secrets to unauthorized persons, or its use for any purpose other than the operation of the Studio, would harm Franchisor, other franchise owners, and the franchisee. Accordingly, the Franchisor requires franchisees to have their employees and independent contractors sign an agreement.
