When must a Beem Light Sauna franchisee pay the Initial FF&E Payment?

You must pay us an initial FF&E payment as set forth in Appendix A (the "Initial FF&E Payment") prior to opening your Studio and as we specify, which you may finance through third parties.
The Initial FF&E Payment is paid in consideration of an initial package of furniture, fixtures, and equipment that we will supply to you.
We will specify the items in your initial FF&E package.
You may be required to purchase additional products or equipment from us, our Affiliates, or our designated vendors prior to opening your Studio for an additional fee.
You acknowledge that we have no obligation to refund the Initial FF&E Payment, in whole or in part, for any reason.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Payment is due prior to opening the studio. The payment timing will be specified by Beem Light Sauna. The amount of the Initial FF&E Payment is set forth in Appendix A of the Franchise Agreement, which contains franchisee-specific terms. Franchisees may be able to finance this payment through third parties.
