You must conduct all Sessions in accordance with the System. You must offer at the Studio any Sessions that we deem to be mandatory. Any Sessions that you or your instructors develop must be consistent with the System Standards that we specify from time to time. If we disapprove of any Sessions that you offer, you must immediately discontinue offering the Session or modify the Session in accordance with our instructions.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must ensure that any Sessions they or their instructors develop align with the System Standards. If Beem Light Sauna disapproves of any Session offered by a franchisee, the franchisee must immediately stop offering the Session or modify it according to Beem Light Sauna's instructions. This ensures uniformity and adherence to the brand's standards across all franchise locations.
This requirement is typical in franchising, as franchisors like Beem Light Sauna need to maintain consistency in service offerings to protect brand reputation and customer expectations. By mandating adherence to System Standards and requiring franchisees to discontinue or modify disapproved Sessions, Beem Light Sauna retains control over the quality and nature of services provided under its brand name.
For a prospective Beem Light Sauna franchisee, this means that while they may have some flexibility to develop new Sessions, these must be pre-approved and consistent with the established System Standards. Failure to comply with this requirement could lead to operational issues and potential breach of the franchise agreement.
