Can a Beem Light Sauna franchisee finance the Initial FF&E Payment?

According to the 2025 Beem Light Sauna Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee can finance the Initial FF&E Payment through third parties. The Initial FF&E Payment is paid in consideration for an initial package of furniture, fixtures, and equipment that Beem Light Sauna will supply to the franchisee. The FDD specifies that the amount of the Initial FF&E Payment is set forth in Appendix A.

This means that prospective Beem Light Sauna franchisees are not required to pay the Initial FF&E Payment out-of-pocket. Instead, they have the option to seek financing from outside lenders to cover this cost. This can significantly lower the initial investment required to start a Beem Light Sauna franchise.

However, the FDD also states that Beem Light Sauna has no obligation to refund the Initial FF&E Payment, in whole or in part, for any reason. Therefore, franchisees should carefully consider their financing options and ability to repay any loans before making this payment. Franchisees should also be aware that they may be required to purchase additional products or equipment from Beem Light Sauna, its affiliates, or its designated vendors prior to opening their studio for an additional fee.
