you do not expressly inform us at the end of Initial Training that you feel that you or
they have not been adequately trained, you and they will be considered to have been trained sufficiently to operate a Studio.
You are responsible for any travel and living expenses (including meals, transportation, and accommodations), wages, and other expenses incurred by your trainees. You are responsible for reimbursing us for any travel and living expenses incurred by our employees or agents related to providing any additional training, remedial training, or consulting services at your Studio.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for covering certain expenses related to initial training. While Beem Light Sauna provides the instructors, facilities, and materials for the initial training program as part of the franchise fee, the franchisee must cover the costs of travel and living for their trainees. This includes expenses like meals, transportation, and accommodations. Additionally, the franchisee is responsible for paying the wages of their trainees during the training period, as well as any other expenses the trainees incur.
If Beem Light Sauna determines that additional training, remedial training, or consulting services are needed at the franchisee's studio, the franchisee will be required to reimburse Beem Light Sauna for the travel and living expenses incurred by Beem Light Sauna's employees or agents in providing these services. Furthermore, if the franchisee's required trainees need to repeat initial training or attend a subsequent initial training program, Beem Light Sauna reserves the right to charge a training fee of up to $1,000 (currently, $500) per trainee per day.
