What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must keep their studios open during the hours prescribed by Beem Light Sauna in its manuals or as otherwise approved. However, there are two exceptions to this requirement.
The first exception is if keeping the studio open during those hours is prohibited by Applicable Laws. This means that if local, state, or federal laws prevent the Beem Light Sauna studio from being open during certain hours, the franchisee is not required to adhere to the franchisor's prescribed hours.
The second exception is if the Site Lease for the studio premises prohibits those hours. This means that if the lease agreement for the location of the Beem Light Sauna studio contains restrictions on operating hours, the franchisee is not required to adhere to the franchisor's prescribed hours. It is important for prospective franchisees to understand these exceptions and how they might affect their ability to operate their Beem Light Sauna studio.
