What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Required Trainees must successfully complete Initial Training at least 30 days before the earlier of the actual studio opening date or the Opening Deadline, unless Beem Light Sauna specifies an earlier deadline.
If the Required Trainees do not successfully complete the initial training, in Beem Light Sauna's opinion, the trainees must repeat the training or the franchisee must send replacement trainees to complete the initial training. The franchisee is responsible for all travel and living expenses, including meals, transportation, and accommodations, wages, and other expenses incurred by the trainees.
Initial Training is supervised by Beem Light Sauna's Director of Education, Jonathan DiBernard. Other executives with subject matter expertise will participate in portions of Initial Training. Currently, Beem Light Sauna conducts Initial Training eight to 10 times per year. The training consists of three days of in-person training at their office, two days of virtual training, and two days of training at the franchisee's studio. Beem Light Sauna may waive a portion of Initial Training or alter the training schedule if they determine that the Required Trainees have sufficient prior experience or training or have previously been trained at one of their Studios.
