What is the deadline for completing Beem Light Sauna's Initial Training?
Beem_Light_Sauna Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
- (b) Completion of Initial Training. If your Required Trainees are unable to successfully complete, in our sole discretion, Initial Training for any reason, your Required Trainees must repeat Initial Training or you must send replacement Required Trainees to complete Initial Training. Your Required Trainees must successfully complete Initial Training at least 30 days before the earlier of the date you open the Studio or the Opening Deadline (or by such earlier deadline that we specify). We will not refund any initial franchise fees paid by you. If you and your personnel satisfactorily complete our Initial Training and you do not expressly
inform us at the end of Initial Training that you feel that you or they have not been adequately trained, then you and they will be deemed to have been trained sufficiently to operate a Studio.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Required Trainees, which include the franchisee or the Operating Principal if the franchisee is an entity, and the Designated Manager, must successfully complete Initial Training at least 30 days before the earlier of two dates: the date the Studio opens, or the Opening Deadline. The franchisor retains the sole discretion to determine if the Initial Training has been successfully completed.
If the Required Trainees do not successfully complete the Initial Training, they must repeat the training or the franchisee must send replacement Required Trainees to complete the training. The franchisee will not receive a refund of any initial franchise fees paid, even if the training is not completed successfully.
If the franchisee and their personnel satisfactorily complete the Initial Training, and they do not inform Beem Light Sauna at the end of the training that they feel they have not been adequately trained, then they will be considered to have been sufficiently trained to operate a Studio. This places the onus on the franchisee to speak up if they feel unprepared, as silence implies acceptance of the training's adequacy.
