Currently, we conduct Initial Training eight to 10 times per year. We may periodically identify certain limited time periods during which we will not offer Initial Training.
Currently, we provide three days of in-person training at our office, two days of virtual training, and two days of training at your Studio. We may waive a portion of Initial Training or alter the training schedule if we determine that your Required Trainees have sufficient prior experience or training or have previously been trained at one of our Studios.
We will provide instructors, facilities, and materials for Initial Training for your Required Trainees as part of the Franchise Fee, as long as all of your trainees are trained during the same training session. The franchisor retains the discretion to modify the training schedule or waive portions of the training if the trainees have sufficient prior experience or have been previously trained at one of their studios. This flexibility allows Beem Light Sauna to tailor the training to the specific needs and experience levels of its franchisees.
Beem Light Sauna provides instructors, facilities, and materials for the initial training as part of the franchise fee, provided all trainees attend the same session. However, Beem Light Sauna reserves the right to charge a training fee of up to $1,000 (currently $500) per trainee per day for subsequent training programs, including repeat attendees or replacements, as well as for each subsequent Operating Principal, Designated Manager, or employee who attends the course. Franchisees are responsible for covering the travel and living expenses, wages, and other costs incurred by their trainees during the training period.
