Prior to opening the Studio, you (or your Operating Principal, if you are an Entity) and your Designated Manager (collectively, "Required Trainees") must personally attend and satisfactorily complete our initial training program ("Initial Training"). We will provide Initial Training as soon as practicable after the execution and delivery of this Agreement at our offices, at any other location that we designate, and/or remotely via recorded media, teleconference, videoconference, the Internet, webinar, or any other means, as we determine. We will determine the length, timing, location, and substance of Initial Training in our sole discretion. We may waive a portion of Initial Training or alter the training schedule if we determine that your Required Trainees have sufficient prior experience or training or have previously been trained at one of our Studios. Each subsequent Operating Principal and Designated Manager must attend our Initial Training unless we otherwise agree in writing.

The initial training is provided after the Franchise Agreement is executed and delivered. Beem Light Sauna determines the specifics of the training, including length, timing, location, and content. The training may be held at Beem Light Sauna's offices, another designated location, or remotely through various digital means. Beem Light Sauna may modify the training schedule or waive portions of the training if the Required Trainees have sufficient prior experience or have been previously trained at one of their studios.
Beem Light Sauna provides instructors, facilities, and materials for the Required Trainees as part of the franchise fee, assuming all trainees attend the same training session. However, Beem Light Sauna reserves the right to charge a Training Fee for subsequent initial training programs, such as when a person repeats the course, replaces someone who didn't pass, or for each subsequent Operating Principal, Designated Manager, or employee who attends the course. If the Required Trainees fail to complete the initial training successfully, they must repeat it or be replaced by other trainees. Successful completion must occur at least 30 days before the studio opens or by an earlier deadline specified by Beem Light Sauna. Franchise fees are not refundable if the training is not completed successfully.
