What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, initial training is provided to required trainees at no additional charge if all trainees are trained during the same training session. This means that the initial franchise fee covers the cost of instructors, facilities, and materials for the initial training, provided that the franchisee ensures all their required trainees attend the same session.
This condition is important for prospective franchisees to consider when planning their initial training. If trainees need to attend separate sessions, whether due to scheduling conflicts or failing the initial training, Beem Light Sauna reserves the right to charge a training fee for subsequent training programs. This fee can be up to $1,000 (currently $500) per trainee per day.
Therefore, it is in the franchisee's best interest to ensure all required trainees are available and prepared to complete the initial training in a single session to avoid incurring additional costs. This includes ensuring that trainees meet any prerequisites or have sufficient prior experience, as Beem Light Sauna may not refund any initial franchise fees if trainees fail to complete the training successfully.
