How will Beem Light Sauna communicate deadlines for implementing changes to the Technology System?

According to the 2025 Beem Light Sauna Franchise Disclosure Document, Beem Light Sauna will establish reasonable deadlines for franchisees to implement any changes to the Technology System requirements.

The Technology System includes the point-of-sale system, customer relationship management system, online reservation system, and other technology systems that Beem Light Sauna designates. Franchisees are required to obtain, maintain, and use the hardware, software, other equipment, and network connections specified in the Manuals to operate the Technology System.

Franchisees are responsible for replacing, upgrading, or updating the Technology System at their own expense as required by Beem Light Sauna. This includes executing and paying any fees associated with software license agreements or related software maintenance agreements. Franchisees must also ensure their employees are adequately trained in using the Technology System and related policies and procedures.
