What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee seeking to renew their franchise agreement must notify Beem Light Sauna of their intent to renew. This notification must be given at least six months in advance, but no more than 12 months before the current term expires.
In addition to providing timely notice, the franchisee must fulfill several other requirements to be eligible for renewal. These include signing and returning the successor franchise agreement, owner's guaranty, and any other required ancillary agreements. The franchisee must also ensure that their Operating Principal and Designated Manager have completed Beem Light Sauna's current training requirements and secure the right to continue operating at the site for the duration of the successor term. Finally, the franchisee must pay Beem Light Sauna the successor fee to finalize the renewal process.
