You are preparing to enter into a beem® Light Sauna Franchise Agreement (the "Franchise Agreement") with Beem Franchisor LLC ("we" or "us"). The purpose of this Questionnaire is to confirm that you understand the terms of the contract and that no unauthorized statements or promises have been made to you.
