What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beem Light Sauna's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must provide unrestricted access to the Technology System. This includes providing user IDs and passwords, if necessary, so that Beem Light Sauna can independently download and transfer data via a specified connection.

This requirement ensures that Beem Light Sauna can monitor the franchisee's operations, access financial and operating data, and maintain the integrity of the overall system. The Technology System includes the point-of-sale system, customer relationship management system, online reservation system, and other technology systems that Beem Light Sauna designates.

For a prospective franchisee, this means they must be prepared to share all access credentials and allow Beem Light Sauna to regularly access and extract data from their systems. Failure to provide this access could be a breach of the franchise agreement and could lead to penalties or termination of the agreement. Franchisees are also responsible for ensuring their employees are adequately trained in using the Technology System and related procedures.
