What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beehive Homes, Inc. offers Area Representative Agreements to individuals on a limited and select basis. The FDD clarifies that the disclosure document itself is not an offer to sell an Area Representative arrangement. Any such offers are made only through a separate Financial Disclosure Document specifically prepared for that purpose.
These Area Representatives may have management responsibilities related to the sale or operation of franchises. For specific details regarding the experience of these Area Representatives, prospective franchisees are directed to Exhibit "H" - State Specific Addenda within the FDD.
