What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, during Training Visit One, franchisees will receive a checklist for home development outline, training visit one text, and an outline of the training plan. The training also includes manuals, the Beehive Homes mission statement, decorating/furnishing/household inventory list, staffing/job description options, and marketing information.
Additionally, franchisees will receive information on licensing/state surveys, home/community-based services or Medicaid waiver programs, and important forms. These forms cover areas such as image consent/instructions, social media guidelines, transportation guidelines/waiver, HIPAA compliance, discrimination policies, negotiated risk agreements, arbitration agreements, respite/day care information, medication liability waivers, physician order/life-sustaining treatment, and wandering/elopement protocols.
Finally, franchisees will receive agreements/contracts, including confidentiality agreements, contractor service agreements, employee "At Will" agreements, illegal acts agreements, employee/employer agreements, hairdresser service agreements, independent nurse contracts, non-competition agreements, non-competition/non-solicitation agreements, nurse contract service agreements, and volunteer application/policy. The training visit concludes with a training evaluation.
