Answer from 2025 FDD Document

The Franchise Agreement requires that YOU may only provide specified services. WE have the right to add additional services that YOU will be required to offer. If YOU desire to

engage in any other activities at YOUR Home, OUR prior written approval must be obtained. YOU are, however, not limited in the customers with whom YOU may deal.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Beehive Homes Franchise Disclosure Document, Beehive Homes has the right to add additional services that franchisees will be required to offer. However, if a franchisee desires to engage in any other activities at their Home, they must obtain prior written approval from Beehive Homes. Despite these restrictions, franchisees are not limited in the customers with whom they may deal.

This clause provides Beehive Homes with the flexibility to adapt the service offerings of its franchise system to changing market demands or evolving industry standards. For a prospective franchisee, this means that the services they initially offer may not be the only services they are required to provide throughout the term of their Franchise Agreement. It is important to note that while Beehive Homes can mandate additional services, franchisees retain the right to seek approval for other activities they wish to undertake at their Home.

It is advisable for potential Beehive Homes franchisees to discuss with the franchisor the types of additional services that may be required in the future and the potential costs and resources associated with implementing such services. Understanding the franchisor's vision for the future of the Beehive Homes franchise and how it may impact the franchisee's operations is crucial for making an informed investment decision.
