What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beehive Homes Franchise Disclosure Document, while Beehive Homes is not obligated to provide ongoing supervision or assistance during the operation of the franchise, a franchisee may be required to provide additional compensation for operational assistance. Beehive Homes' representative will reasonably assist a franchisee with any operational problems encountered and will consult with the franchisee during the continuing operations of their Home. This assistance is available on terms and for additional compensation as may be mutually agreed to by both parties.
Beehive Homes may also enter into separate consulting contracts with franchisees at their discretion to provide individual counseling for their Home. If such a contract is entered into, the compensation will be no less than $300.00 per day, which includes all costs for their representatives. This arrangement allows franchisees to receive tailored support, but it comes at an additional cost.
This type of arrangement, where ongoing support is available but not guaranteed without additional fees, is not uncommon in franchising. It allows Beehive Homes to offer a base level of support to all franchisees while providing more intensive assistance to those who need it and are willing to pay for it. Prospective franchisees should consider this potential cost when budgeting for their franchise and discuss the scope and availability of ongoing support with Beehive Homes during their due diligence.
