Beehive_Homes Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
YOUR Franchise Agreement does not give YOU the right to acquire or establish any additional franchises. The relocation of YOUR franchise is subject to the same terms and conditions as was the selection of YOUR initial location. There are no conditions, other than compliance with the terms and conditions of the Franchise Agreement, to maintaining YOUR location.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the relocation of a franchise is subject to the same terms and conditions as the selection of the initial location. This means that if a franchisee wishes to move their Beehive Homes location, they must go through a similar approval process as when they first established their business.
This process likely involves the franchisor evaluating the proposed new site based on factors such as traffic patterns, proximity to retail stores, population demographics, and competition. The franchisee would need to ensure the new location meets Beehive Homes' requirements and conforms to local ordinances, codes, and zoning regulations, similar to the initial site selection.
This condition ensures that any relocation maintains the brand's standards and optimizes the potential for success at the new site. A prospective franchisee should discuss the specific relocation process and criteria with Beehive Homes to fully understand the requirements and potential challenges involved in moving their franchise location.
