Beehive_Homes Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

YOU are not required by the terms of the Franchise Agreement to personally participate in the operation of the Bee Hive Home. The franchise business must be directly supervised "onsite" by YOU or a resident manager who has successfully completed the training program. The resident manager may or may not have an ownership interest in the franchise. YOU and YOUR resident manager are required to complete a training program conducted by US. YOU also agree to require each additional resident manager to be trained either by YOU or by US. Resident managers need not be approved by US.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beehive Homes's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the operation of a Beehive Homes franchise does not require the franchisee to personally participate. However, the franchise business must be directly supervised 'onsite' either by the franchisee or by a resident manager.

The resident manager is not required to have an ownership interest in the franchise. Both the franchisee and any resident manager must successfully complete the training program provided by Beehive Homes.

Franchisees must ensure that any additional resident managers they employ are also trained, either by the franchisee themselves or by Beehive Homes. It is important to note that resident managers do not need to be approved by Beehive Homes.
