What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must use furnishings, equipment, and supplies that comply with the specifications and standards prescribed by Beehive Homes. This requirement ensures uniformity and quality across all Beehive Homes locations.

Beehive Homes, or its representatives, can enter the premises to ensure these standards are maintained. If any products not belonging to a resident do not meet the required uniform standards, Beehive Homes has the right to remove them from the premises. This quality control measure helps protect the brand's reputation and ensures a consistent experience for residents.

The franchisee is also responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the home to a high degree of cleanliness, orderliness, sanitation, and repair, according to Beehive Homes' standards. If the franchisee fails to meet these standards after a 72-hour notice, Beehive Homes can enter the home and correct the deficiencies at the franchisee's expense. This provision underscores the importance Beehive Homes places on maintaining its brand standards and the appearance of its facilities.
