What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Beehive Homes Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must offer services at their location as outlined in Beehive Homes' standards, which may be updated periodically. These services must align with the standards, specifications, quality, and characteristics prescribed by Beehive Homes, unless the franchisee obtains prior written approval from the franchisor to deviate from these standards. Franchisees are prohibited from using any part of the premises for purposes or functions that Beehive Homes reasonably objects to.

Furthermore, franchisees must ensure that all furnishings, equipment, and supplies used in providing services at the Home comply with the specifications and standards set by Beehive Homes. This ensures uniformity and quality across all franchised locations. Franchisees are also responsible for maintaining the Home's interior and exterior, along with the surrounding premises, to the highest standards of cleanliness, orderliness, sanitation, and repair, as dictated by Beehive Homes' standards.

Beehive Homes retains the right to inspect the premises to ensure compliance with its standards. If a franchisee fails to maintain these standards, Beehive Homes can provide a 72-hour notice to correct the deficiency. If the franchisee does not rectify the issue within this timeframe, Beehive Homes reserves the right to enter the Home and correct the deficiencies at the franchisee's expense, without being held liable for trespass, negligence, or fault. This underscores the importance of adhering to Beehive Homes' standards to avoid potential intervention and associated costs.
